S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has a Process Improvement Analyst opportunity for a leading Insurance Client in San Antonio, TX! This position is open for W2 only. Sorry, we cannot do C2C at this time. Please read further if you are interested in joining a leading organization!

Location: San Antonio, TX - 4 days on site (1 day remote)

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Pay Rate: $45-55/hr. W2.

Qualifications & Scope:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience. (Financial industry background would be helpful)

Skills Needed:

• Strong in process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Comfortable working with manual and automated processes.
• Able to work with senior leadership (directors, analysts, CFO office).
• Some analytical skills required; data analysis is a plus but not the core focus.
• Certifications: No specific certifications required, but certifications in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or business analysis would be a plus.
• Location: San Antonio is the only office location; on-site presence is required.

Overview of the Role & Project:

• Project Focus: Supporting the DOL Transformation/PRCI initiative, specifically related to CFO-facing processes.
• Goal: Improve high-impact, front-door CFP processes that are currently bandwidth-constrained.

Scope of Work:

• Refine and improve existing P3-level processes to create CFO-level process flows.
• Focus on simplifying and automating manual processes.
• Map and document pain points causing extended cycle times (e.g., 3-week delays).
• Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
