We are seeking a Process Executive for our P&C team with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Insurance Products and MS Office. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate should be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
Responsibilities
Assist in processing insurance products and related documentation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of insurance records
Utilize MS Office tools to manage and organize data efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Support the processing of renewals and changes/endorsements
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Provide feedback to improve process efficiency
Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Contribute to the overall success of the P&C team. Qualifications
Possess technical skills in Insurance Products and MS Office
Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak)
Experience in renewals and changes/endorsements is a plus
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
Show attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Certifications Required
Certification in Insurance Products or related field is preferred.
