Responsibilities
Develop technical guides for programming, installation, and equipment use.
Maintain a master list of motors and devices for standardization across systems.
Design control systems for food processing equipment, ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Support safety initiatives, including SMA, CCL, and SRS documentation.
Qualifications
BS in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of experience with food processing or sanitary equipment.
Familiarity with heat exchangers, pumps, filters, and automated CIP systems.
Skilled in AutoCAD and Inventor; SAP experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods on the production floor.
