Job Title: Process Engineer – Senior

Work Mode: Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)

Mission Context:

Join the IP Core squad within Tribe Payments, focusing on International Payments process management and development. You will handle both business and process analysis, document E2E processes, and align technology with business needs in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new business (sub)processes aligned with strategy and architecture.
• Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk control.
• Participate in testing and application changes when needed.
• Monitor existing processes and propose enhancements based on KPIs and feedback.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation for standardized implementation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, compliance, and control requirements.
• Drive and support change management activities: need identification, implementation, communication, and user support.
• Collaborate with Business and IT during ideation to ensure effective, strategic, and customer-focused solutions.
• Work within agile squads to deliver sprint goals, contributing beyond core expertise.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
• Proven track record in business/process analysis and change management

Language Requirements:

• French or Dutch: Fluent in at least one
• English: Strong written & spoken skills

Experience & Skills:Technical Experience:

• ✅ Experience with process modeling tools and flowchart creation (mandatory)
• ➕ SharePoint experience (preferred)

Business Experience:

• ✅ Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques
• ✅ Understanding of risk management and control
• ✅ Experience in testing and demo preparation
• ➕ Payments domain knowledge (preferred)
