**Job Responsibilities:**
- Be responsible for the process development, optimization, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (such as Scanner, Track, Etch, Wet, Furnace, Diffusion, CMP, CVD, PVD, etc.).
- Participate in the introduction, installation, commissioning, and process validation of new equipment to ensure that the equipment performance meets production requirements.
- Analyze process issues that arise during production, propose solutions, and implement improvement measures.
- Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and other departments to continuously improve process technology.
- Write relevant technical documents, including process specifications, operating manuals, and training materials.
- Track industry technology trends and assess the potential application of new technologies in existing processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree or above, with preference given to those with a background in materials science, electronic engineering, physical chemistry, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes, with familiarity in mainstream equipment and process flows.
- Proficient in key aspects of semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as lithography, etching, thin-film deposition, and cleaning.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use statistical tools for process optimization.
- Good communication and coordination skills, capable of cross-departmental collaboration to solve complex problems.
- Strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly master new technologies and apply them to practical work.
**Bonus Points:**
- Experience in project management, with the ability to independently lead process improvement projects.
- Preference given to those who have participated in the development or mass production of advanced processes (such as 7nm, 5nm, and below).
