Role: Development Process Engineer

Location: St. Paul, MN 55117

Duration: 12 Months

Key Skills:

• Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, MSA)
• CAD tools (SolidWorks)
• Tooling/fixture design
• Statistical analysis and sampling
• Dimensional and force testing (e.g., tensile, smartscope)
• Experience with quality systems and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Set up equipment, run process trials, and create samples
• Write reports, procedures, and validation documents
• Work with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
• Support new product development and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree)
• At least 2 years of experience post-graduation (internships not enough)
• Regulated industry experience preferred
