Title: Development Process Engineer

Location: St. Paul, MN – 55117

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Mandatory Requirement

• Catheter manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and product development teams.
• Optimize new and existing processes to meet production and quality goals.
• Monitor and enhance equipment, machines, and tools to ensure performance.
• Address and resolve non-conformance, low yield, or quality issues.
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D teams to introduce new products/processes into manufacturing.

2. Analyze and resolve engineering problems with innovative solutions.
3. Apply engineering principles and continue developing expertise in a specialized area.
4. Align technical tasks with company strategy and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a quality-regulated environment.
• Ability to apply professional concepts to solve routine problems under supervision.
