Process Automation Engineer - ABB 800xA - API Production

As a Process Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and validation of automation solutions using ABB 800xA.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading or supporting of designing, developing, implementing of master batch records using ABB 800xA Batch Management
• Leading or supporting of designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Distributed Control System (DCS) using ABB 800xA
• Leading or supporting of integration of ABB 800xA Batch Management with Werum PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Developing and optimizing automation methods and strategies to meet our customers’ challenges and sharing state-of-the-art knowledge with colleagues and partners

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in 800xA DCS programming
• 2+ years experience in 800xA Batch Management
• 2+ years experience in Testing FAT & SAT
• Batch knowledge in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Working knowledge of GMP guidelines
