To support this growth, we are hiring a highly dependable and detail-oriented Process Associate who will take ownership of financial coordination, legal workflows, and operational documentation for the company.
Role OverviewThe Process Associate – Finance, Legal & Admin Ops will be responsible for overseeing and executing internal processes related to finance operations, legal documentation, investor reporting, vendor coordination, and general administrative control. This is a high-ownership role requiring organizational precision, process discipline, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities📁
Financial Operations- Maintain all invoices, receipts, and payment tracking in coordination with finance and sales teams
- Reconcile and maintain books using Tally and assist with entries, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with CA/finance advisors for GST, TDS, payroll filings, and monthly closures
- Maintain client billing history, expense logs, reimbursements, and monthly reports
- Help prepare investor reporting materials including P&L summaries and burn analysis

Legal & Compliance- Maintain a well-organized contract repository covering NDAs, MoUs, employment contracts, and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with legal counsel for documentation reviews, version control, and contract execution
- Track compliance filings, MCA documentation, ESOP letters, and other statutory paperwork
- Ensure timely renewals and follow-ups for all legal agreements and company secretarial documents

Investor Documentation & Data Room- Maintain an up-to-date, audit-ready investor data room with financial reports, pitch decks, and cap tables
- Assist with preparation and coordination of documents for fundraising, due diligence, and board meetings
- Ensure version control and confidentiality across all sensitive corporate records

Vendor & Client Coordination- Handle onboarding documentation and compliance for vendors, consultants, and freelancers
- Coordinate and maintain vendor contracts, payment terms, and service agreements
- Manage contract lifecycle and invoicing workflow with enterprise clients
- Track renewals, expiry dates, and audit trails across all contracts and agreements

Administrative & Office Operations- Manage all office documentation, courier dispatches, physical files, and internal paperwork
- Provide operational support for meetings, compliance events, audits, and legal reviews
- Maintain updated logs for key company activities including purchases, invoices, NDAs, and agreements
- Collaborate with HR, Tech, and Sales for operational handovers, documentation, and coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in finance/legal/admin operations in a startup or professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Hands-on experience using Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and familiarity with accounting processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and basic documentation tools
- High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and comfort dealing with external vendors, CAs, and legal advisors
- Prior exposure to MCA filings, investor relations, or startup processes is a plus
