Summer Analyst Program Structure

The Summer Analyst Program at THP is structured as a 10-week Internship. With strong performance over the course of the Internship, Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Analyst role starting the following Summer (2027)

Candidate Profile

• Superior academic achievement (3.7+ GPA)
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and an engaging personality

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with new investment opportunity sourcing
• Evaluating new deals including financial modeling and performing analysis on data sets
• Preparing materials summarizing qualitative and quantitative findings on investment opportunities
• Working with portfolio company management teams to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Supporting business development and investor relations
