Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 / year DOE

Private Client Services Associate Responsibilities

• Facilitate client onboarding and maintain accurate records for new accounts
• Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings between clients and advisors
• Process financial transactions, including money movement and transfer requests
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
• Assist in preparing reports, marketing materials, and documentation for client meetings
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
  
  

Private Client Services Associate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Series 65 or 66 license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial services or client support role
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
