Press Operator Pretty Robes is a family owned and operated printing company located in Sugar Land, TX. We are looking for a full-time Press Operator to join our team. The Press Operator will be responsible for the production of printed material for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a variety of materials and equipment including a heat press. Responsibilities: Operate all equipment including but not limited to heat press Prepare material for printing by cutting and folding materials Monitor quality of printed material Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards Maintain equipment and supplies by following cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Clean equipment and store materials appropriately Monitor inventory levels of all equipment Work with supervisors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner Maintain work area by cleaning products used in the process and replacing them as needed. Qualifications: ·High School Diploma or equivalent required. A high level of attention to detail is required. ·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required. Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. ·Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to do so while standing for extended periods of time.
