We are seeking a proactive Print Project Coordinator to join our team at Greenerprinter. This role combines customer service excellence with project management expertise, ensuring our clients’ print needs are met with precision, care, and speed. You will be the primary point of contact for accounts, overseeing projects from initial inquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Project Management: Oversee print projects from start to finish, including quoting, scheduling, production coordination, and delivery. Sustainable Solutions: Advocate for eco-friendly printing options that align with Greenerprinter’s commitment to sustainability. Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. Order Tracking: Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of progress. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams and vendors to ensure quality standards and fast turnaround times. Skills & Qualifications Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior service. Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRM systems. Familiarity with print production processes (preferred but not required).
