Job Title: Principle Java Engineer (USS / GC / GC-EAD)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (2 Days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 10–20 person engineering team, driving technical excellence.
• Design high-performance APIs and secure data integration pipelines (real-time and batch).
• Translate business needs into scalable, cloud-native solutions using Java, Python, and modern data frameworks.
• Ensure robust architectural practices, code quality, and operational reliability.
• Promote innovation, learning culture, and ethical software development.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering with a strong leadership background.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design, and microservices.
• Hands-on with Java, Python, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building distributed systems and scalable APIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
