🎯 Position Summary

We're looking for a Principal Engineer to lead technically challenging, business-critical projects with direct revenue impact. In this high-autonomy role, you’ll drive architectural decisions, DevOps strategy, and AI-enabled automation, while mentoring engineers and owning technical excellence across the board.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🧭 Technical Leadership:

• Architect and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions with measurable revenue impact
• Lead development of innovative features solving real-world customer challenges
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles

⚙️ DevOps & Infrastructure Ownership:

• Champion DevOps culture across the organization, focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automation
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure with a focus on performance, availability, and cost-efficiency
• Implement and oversee robust monitoring, logging, and incident response processes

🤖 AI & Automation Integration:

• Drive adoption of AI capabilities to enhance both the product and engineering workflows
• Build and deploy automation frameworks that improve system scalability and resilience
• Leverage AI tools and models to solve complex technical and operational challenges

✅ Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 5+ years in enterprise SaaS environments
• Deep DevOps expertise — including CI/CD, Terraform or similar IaC, and cloud-native architecture
• Proven backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, and microservices architecture
• Experience deploying and integrating AI/ML capabilities in production systems
• Strong track record in incident management and cross-functional resolution
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact, revenue-driven engineering initiatives.
