As a Principal Software Developer you will work in a R&D team and will collaborate to build world class products that make a difference to people’s lives.

The primary responsibilities of this job include:

• Expert in one product; Advance technical expertise and influence.
• Lead and drive the design and implementation of critical systems.
• Should be an expert level coder with ability to write very high-quality code and with very high level of efficiency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Architect and implement scalable and secure solutions.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Champion best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 7+ years of experience in building solutions
• Expert in designing and architecting solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Node, Mongo DB, MySQL DB, AWS. Knowledge in React is nice to have
• Good knowledge on security, scalability and performance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to co-ordinate across teams
• Excellent debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile teams.
