• 负责家用电器产品的热技术系统性能仿真优化及全新系统架构的探索研究，确保我司产品热性能在相关领域性能的领先。
• 负责性能研究及仿真工具的应用提效探索，仿真平台实验室、实验台的搭建规划，构建系统高效的仿真与实验能力。
• 负责家电产品涉及的热力学相关领域的前沿探索研究，结合用户需求、痛点，提出系统创新方案及方向，确保新系统的实用性、创新性、可靠性、领先性。
• 负责热系统性能研究的中长期规划及实施推进。
• 指导研究团队开展核心系统的研究，培养团队成员的专业能力。

任职资格

• ：博士学历，热能动力工程、工程热物理、能源与动力工程、化学工程、航空/车辆/机械工程等相关专业
• 。专业基础扎实，有10年以上相关系统仿真设计相关经验，具有较多成功案例。兼具流、固、热系统仿真研究经验者优先
• 。保持市场敏锐性，对技术发展趋势有敏锐判断，具备良好的中长期技术规划能力
• 。能够独立及指导团队开展研究工作，有创新精神，动手能力和试验设计能力强，有良好的团队协作和协调能力
• 。良好的中英文沟通技巧
