KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders * Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams across different countries to ensure project success * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery * Provide technical guidance and support to project team members * Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics * 7+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization WE VALUE * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget * Strong leadership and project management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Experience in risk management and problem-solving * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies * Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline Business acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry * Diverse and global teaming and collaboration * Strong management operating system that facilitates communication * Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development. * Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers * Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives. * Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches * Significant experience in engineering
