Overview

• Position Overview: The role is for a Principal Technical Program Manager within the AI-driven Reporting & BI Program Management Office, focusing on delivering strategic initiatives and transformational change for Intuit Enterprise Suite programs.
• Core Responsibility: Stewardship of critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change through leadership and direction of Intuit Enterprise Suite programs, with a particular emphasis on Business Intelligence (BI) and AI-driven solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Driving technical strategy, influencing investment decisions, and shaping the future of technology, including AI-native technologies, BI, Reporting, Insights, and AI-driven agents.
• Strategic Program Management: Leading large, complex, cross-organizational programs, with significant scope, requiring navigation of challenges across multiple domains and risk mitigation.
• Technological Focus: Leads discussions on AI-native technologies, BI, Reporting, Insights, and AI-driven agents that redefine industry standards, in a product environment, with specific emphasis on AI driven actionable insights and done-for-you experiences for reporting and analytics to large multi-entity companies.

• Proven leadership with 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in a matrixed organization.
• Strong technical acumen in software development, architecture, and lifecycles, with Agile methodologies.
• Strategic thinking to analyze industry trends and align with Intuit's strategy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset for assessing program progress, identifying risks, and driving decision-making, with familiarity in data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
