Manager to lead the product roadmap and execution of our core eProcurement solution.
The Principal Product Manager will define and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring
alignment across Product, Technology, and all departments. This role balances
customer success and product innovation, driving growth through strategic product
requirements and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption.
Own product design and development for our innovative software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product opportunities and
ensure product success.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy.
Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
Analyze data to guide product decisions.
Create clear and actionable product requirements for Engineering and Design
teams.
Ensure alignment of priorities and delivery expectations across teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise software, with 6+ years in product
management (B2B experience preferred).
Proven track record of launching innovative solutions and driving customer
adoption.
Self-starter with a proactive, and can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both
business and technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, evangelizing product
vision, and managing backlogs.
Proficient in agile methodologies; familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA,
Confluence) and Aha! Product tools is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities.
Experience in P2P software and the Hospitality industry is a plus.
