We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our most critical and innovative product lines. This role requires deep product management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to define and deliver market-leading SaaS solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will drive transformative outcomes, inspire teams, and influence high-level business strategy through data-driven decision-making and customer empathy. This is a hybrid role (2x per week) in our Irvine, CA office. Job Duties: * Own and lead the strategic vision for complex, high-impact products across multiple business lines. * Partner with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with company goals and customer outcomes. * Translate long-term product vision into detailed execution plans that drive measurable business results. * Serve as the voice of the market, using deep customer insight, competitive analysis, and trend research to shape differentiated product experiences. * Identify whitespace opportunities and lead initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible in dental SaaS. * Define clear product requirements and success metrics that guide engineering, design, and marketing teams. * Lead cross-functional product development efforts from ideation to launch with strong emphasis on MVP and iteration. * Ensure effective stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and risk management across the product lifecycle. * Mentor and support the development of junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. * Collaborate across departments, acting as a senior thought leader and product champion internally and externally. * Use data to evaluate performance, drive prioritization, and make informed trade-offs. * Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction to inform continuous improvement and investment decisions Skills and Qualifications: * 15+ years of SaaS product management experience, including at least 3 years leading strategic or high-scale initiatives. * Proven success delivering innovative, revenue-generating enterprise software products in a cloud environment. * Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!). * Strong technical fluency, with experience in API integrations, platform scalability, and user experience design. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executives and customers. * Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for product decisions and growth strategies. * Experience managing offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration in distributed environments. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
