The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team: What You Will do: * Directly support and manage mechanical infrastructure related projects, including capital upgrades * Conduct Design Reviews and determine Value Engineering opportunities for construction projects * Directly manage and support the infrastructure reliability program * Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues at the sites * Directly manage Lock Out Tag Out programs as it relates to mechanical utilities * Conduct site water balance assessments and support sustainability efforts * Oversight of mechanical infrastructure maintenance through CMMS program * Develop contractor maintenance Request for Proposals to support mechanical infrastructure equipment * Oversight of Building Automation System monitoring Qualifications You Must Have: * This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years' relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years' experience. In the absence of a degree at least 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree is required. * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. * At least 3 years' experience with and strong understanding of Building Automation and controls, especially Siemens and JCI programs, and Computerized Maintenance Management organization and CMMS systems * At least 3 years' experience with and strong knowledge of Mechanical Distribution Systems and Asset Protection Programs including Fire Systems and Fire alarm systems * At least 3 years' experience with and the ability to oversee programs and work with team to accomplish compliance and continuous improvement goals Qualifications We Prefer: * SAP / CMMS experience * Project Management and scheduling experiene * Able to use key metrics to assess programs and develop improvement plans. * Strong Team oriented acumen and effective fact based decision making * Strong Verbal and written communication skill set and the ability to analyze financial information and communicate impact to team * Able to comprehend complex written and graphical information and articulate the same to team, peers and customer and actively clarify interpretations and document understanding * Successfully negotiate between customer and Facilities fair, effective and creative solutions * Incorporate creative design solutions and alternative and seek best practices to match customer needs to meet commitments with focus of financial efficiency and customer satisfaction Role Type: * On site This is an onsite role, eligible candidates must reside near the RTX hub in Richardson Tx Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
