About the Role

You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team working on designing, building, and maintaining web applications that directly influence how the company’s clients engage with their platforms. As a Principal Front End Engineer, your role will focus on leading the front-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end engineering, along with a passion for creating seamless and intuitive user experiences. You should have:

• Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and related technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and an ability to design user interfaces that deliver a seamless experience.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deploying code changes quickly and safely.
• Solid background in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with state management frameworks such as Redux, NgRx, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a broad audience.
