Job Description

• Lead the architecture and design of Temenos Transact solutions.
• Define and implement data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
• Provide expert-level guidance on configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Drive cloud, on-premise, or hybrid implementations.
• Mentor development teams and enforce best practices in design and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data models.
• Stay current with industry trends and Temenos updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT architecture, with 5+ years in Temenos Transact or core banking solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Temenos Transact, TAFJ, T24, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL databases.
• Proven leadership in technical team management and architecture decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Temenos certifications are a plus.
• Preferred:
• Agile development experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to other banking/fintech platforms.
• Expertise in handling complex integrations.
