The selected candidates will be responsible for managing multiple engineering projects, collaborating with junior staff, and ensuring the successful completion of electrical system designs. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and project management abilities to effectively support the firm’s consulting services.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical design principles, systems, and software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to perform electrical calculations and develop detailed designs efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
