Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and production of electrical design deliverables, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met with precision and ingenuity.
• Manage a team of engineers, monitoring budgets and project timelines, while fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure continuous communication with the wider project and client teams, facilitating open channels for feedback and updates, which is vital for project success.
• Motivate and inspire colleagues, aiding in the development of less experienced engineers by providing guidance, support, and sharing expert knowledge.
