Client’s continues to implement new functionalities in the existing Oracle 11i ERP. The new solution represents the foundation that will support the future growth of our company. The Finance Consultant will be part of the Shared Service (SS) department and is responsible for the solution and deployments in a specific area. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the solution integrity, solution alignment in accordance to business requirements and successful deployments of the solution for JP/CA/Europe/INTL divisions. The type of activities the candidate will be working on is solution confirmation, solution design, solution build, rollouts and enhancements for International division of Stryker.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
Here after are underlined the main activities of the Business Analyst:
To participate actively in the implementation of the ERP projects and enhancements in the specific area of competency
Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation
More than 16 years’ experience as Finance Functional Consultant
To conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements
Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community
Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure
Excellent organizational and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment
Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker
Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
Ensure processes consistency
Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
Participate in status review meetings and provide timely feedback to team
To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents (BR100/MD50/70)
Drive functional and integration testing and supporting UAT
Migrations/deployments/sharing knowledge and supporting the hyper care period after go live
Experience
In Depth understanding of Finance concepts
Strong Functional knowledge of ERP in the Finance area with implementation exposure in the past
Technical knowledge of ERP on Financial domain is a plus
Previous experience in an Oracle e-Business Implementation on the following modules is a mandatory ask here: AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpense
