Summary

A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a SAP Operations Business Systems Analyst at MKS Inc, you will partner with other SAP functional teams to provide highest quality SAP solutions to our business stakeholders, making sure all of them support their business process and extend our existing strong SAP global template. You also will be contributing to optimization of supply chain operations and enhancing business performance. You will also work with external support to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of SAP Operations. This position is Hybrid out of our location in Andover, MA or Rochester, NY. You Will Make an Impact By: * Building trustful partnership with business stakeholders, support requirements gathering and clarification processes * Project work - defining SAP solutions and deliver on-time change requests and enhancements * Problem solving and Support - providing 3rd level support for SAP application functionalities in cooperation with the internal and external support partner company * Meetings and Collaboration - attending meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress, align on objectives, or brainstorm solutions to emerging challenges * Documentation and Analysis - preparing and updating documentation related to project requirements, solutions implemented, and user training materials for improvements and process optimizations Skills You Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field * 7+ years of SAP configuration in SAP SCM modules (MM, QM, PP) and experience in SAP implementations, upgrades and/or support * Good knowledge of integration configuration to SAP Finance and Sales * Understand of underlying end-to-end business processes as P2P, O2C, Procure2Produce * Knowledge of configuration in other SAP modules as a plus * Ability to read and de-bug ABAP programs incl. exits and enhancements - as a plus * A proven track record of accomplishments and strong interpersonal skills are required Compensation and Benefits: * Salary Pay Range: $140k - $150k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. * Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable]. * Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, [6 weeks fully paid] parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement [and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.].
