Job responsibilities * Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies * Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities * Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design * Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others * Serves as the function's go-to subject matter expert * Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies * Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions * Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience * Possesses deep technical knowledge and excels in communication. * Proven track record in managing, coaching, and developing architects. * Prior working experience as a Solution Architect across multiple products * Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) * Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines * Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager * Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives * Practical cloud native experience Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Preferably knows chase landscape * Good leadership presence
