What You Will Do:
Supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions); Well-versed in supply chain compliance, including in-depth knowledge of; U.S. Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS), Raytheon terms and conditions and export/import requirements; Review of SOW's (Statements of Work)
Creating PIA/NDA's; Obtaining Proposal/Quotation activities; Documentation write-up
Selecting qualified suppliers and perform Due diligence
Seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable); Best value analysis Post-award management in accordance with company directives and; Business Unit work instructions.
Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Business and Programs; Managing supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones; Strategic planning while supporting daily tactical and detailed activities
Engage with Business EXIM, Legal, & Sr. Leaders
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically Requires a Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience. Or 3 years experience and a advanced degree.
DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR/DFARS) - ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar threshold.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Well -versed in Supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions)
Experience in supply chain compliance, including knowledge of U.S. Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS), and export/import requirements
Proficiency to perform and comprehend price analyses, source selection/justification
Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
Must be able to handle multiple decisions based on workload dispersion and customer priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers
Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment
Ability to effectively manage job responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and tools
Purchase Order management including documentation
Excellent communication skills and influential speaking
Coordinates with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and bring issues to resolution
Working knowledge of Raytheon's various supply chain systems and the SAP PRISM purchasing tool
Strong working knowledge of negotiating terms and conditions, with the ability to coach and develop employees' ability to negotiate terms and conditions independently
Leadership skills - influence, presence, ability to interface internally and with suppliers
Ability to adapt to change

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
