Primary Care Physician Assistant Cogent Family Healthcare - Mountain View, CA Practice: Cogent Family Healthcare, part of BASS Medical Group, is a prevention-focused, innovation-driven primary care practice located in Mountain View, CA. Known for delivering highly personalized care and advanced screening services, our patients frequently share how much they value the insight and attention they receive. We offer a spacious, light-filled office in an upscale building that fosters both patient comfort and team collaboration. We were the first practice in the world to offer the Galleri early-cancer-detection blood test and have provided advanced cardiovascular imaging, labs, and treatment since 2010. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. No evenings or weekends.
