About The Opportunity

Do you thrive on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights to drive business decisions? Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing & Rebate Analyst to support pricing strategy, manage and analyze rebate programs, and support Price Data maintenance. You will collaborate across Revenue Operations and cross-functionally with finance to ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and reporting of rebate accruals and payments. Your insights will support pricing strategies and drive customer satisfaction and profitability. You will also work with IT and Master Data Management to update customer pricing in CPQ.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days .

What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain rebate agreements and ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual terms.
• Accurately calculate rebate accruals based on sales transactions, customer agreements, and tiered structures.
• Generate monthly and quarterly rebate reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to stakeholders on program performance and financial impact.
• Identify opportunities to streamline rebate processes and implement automation or system enhancements where applicable.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely rebate execution and address discrepancies or disputes.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to rebate balances, statements, or eligibility.
• Maintain customer-facing Price Books in Excel and occasionally load these files in customer-specific portals.
• Be the liaison between CPQ users and Master Data Management to confirm pricing records are up to date
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a finance, pricing, or rebate analyst role—preferably in a B2B or wholesale/distribution environment.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); ERP experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with pricing structures, customer contracts, and financial reconciliation.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $68,600 - $97,600 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
