该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities and Duties: （1）Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing （2）Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability （3）Monitor customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing, and to reflect changes in the market as needed （4）Establish and communicate pricing guidelines and procedures within the company, including rebate programs. （5）Maintain and keep updating pricing and coverage database, develop AI-driven pricing model, leverage a system of collaboration, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data （6）Participate in pricing negotiations with customers or suppliers as needed. （7）Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals （8）Provide pricing reports and analyses for senior management. （9）Support BD operations, such as following up on deals, data analysis and reporting, market research, etc. Qualifications: （1）Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, finance or a related quantitative field. （2）3+ years of work in pricing management or yield management equivalent experience, candidate with internet/ TMT/ consumer experience will be highly preferred （3）Proficient in Excel, SQL and/or Python, with the ability to independently submit database query scripts and optimize SQL. Expert knowledge in advanced strategic pricing models and tools, employing mathematical modeling expertise will be a plus （4）Familiar with at least one front-end BI tool, such as Databricks/ Tableau/ Power BI/ QuickSet etc. （5）Responsible and dedicated working attitude; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure （6）Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills; Passionate to work with data, strong interest in lifelong learning is a must （7）English/ Mandarin as working language is a must
