Job Description

As a Pricing Manager at Nokia, you will play a crucial role within the Network Monetization space driving the adoption of Network APIs through innovative pricing strategies and commercial models that drive revenue growth and profitability. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, you will independently develop pricing mechanisms and negotiate terms that enhance our competitive positioning in the telecom industry. Your entrepreneurial mindset will empower you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where new business models are being created at the intersection of the telecom and enterprise developer world. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing insights and influencing decisions to maximize market impact. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Design and execute innovative pricing models and commercial strategies for platform based API business.
  • Develop customer-specific and global pricing strategies by analyzing market trends and competitor benchmarks.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial case execution, ensuring alignment of pricing mechanisms, terms, and conditions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Groups to drive pricing initiatives.
  • Perform financial modeling and continuously optimize pricing structures through automation and process improvements.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders on the implementation of new business models
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills to drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Own projects independently and manage timelines effectively, prioritizing tasks to achieve strategic goals.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial management, business modeling, or sales strategy.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, finance, and commercial models.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerApps and experience with pricing tools.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in the APIs and the Software Industry, such as SaaS or Platform development.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable commercial insights in a management consulting style.
  • Experience with sales management support, including bid management and operations.
