Puget Sound Pipe & Supply is a premier wholesale distributor of pipe, valves and fittings in the Pacific Northwest & Alaska. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our Purchasing Department as a Pricing/Data Entry Analyst at our Corporate Office in Kent, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, system codes, and pricing data, as well as assisting with purchasing needs when required. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management and procurement processes.

Pricing/Data Entry Analyst starting at $22.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience.

Basic Duties:

• Manage the PIM (Product Information Management) database
• Enter and update inventory data, system codes, and pricing information
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed
• Support the purchasing team with procurement processes and inventory management
• Perform regular audits to verify data integrity
• Assist with purchasing tasks and projects, as required
• Manage system code cleanup to achieve consistency and accuracy throughout the database

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a purchasing department is preferred
• Experience with E-Commerce and ERP systems (Epicor Eclipse/Solar) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalency
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass Background Check
