About the Role

As a Pricing and Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible and the designated individual for managing our pricing tool, inventory and responding to internal inquiries and within our dealer channel, evaluating special pricing trends and preparing monthly reporting. To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, be able to interpret complex data sets and have a solid understanding of special pricing strategies and models.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage price execution setup, customer pricing profile, pricing segments, pricing strategies and pricing rules through the Company internal tool (Bizagi).
  • Register pricing of a new product and maintain necessary price changes in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to process special price requests within SLA and provide real-time pricing support.   • Work with Kyocera Global (US and Japan) to get special pricing support when amount is over a certain amount.
  • Analyze customer behavior by evaluating special price request patterns, consumption progress to target quantity and winning ratio.
  • Prepare reports and present results monthly that summarize special pricing findings and recommendations for management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensures the timely generation of special pricing submissions and compliance with solicitation requirements and established review/approval processes.
  • Review and process purchase orders and manage the monthly purchase planning process (PSI) with sales department input.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels ensuring accuracy and sufficient stock.
  • Generate and analyze inventory and logistics reports to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare monthly credit request file and submit to parent company to get the necessary support in a timely manner.
  • Any other responsibilities and special projects assigned by the manager.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent.
  • Strong computer literacy and intermediate experience with MS Office 365, specifically advanced Excel skills in pricing functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, time management, organizational skills, and solid analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to pay problem solve, pays attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of data.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends and devise strategies to improve them.


Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business, finance and/or pricing.
  • Solid fundamental knowledge in business and finance principles and data analytics. +
  • Experiences with market trends, RFP responses and competitive pricing models.
