Description

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market competitiveness. This role involves evaluating internal costs, competitor pricing, and market demand to support data-driven pricing decisions across products or services.

How You Will Help

• Conduct pricing analysis using historical data and cost structures to support strategic pricing initiatives
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to align pricing with business objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Support pricing decisions with concise presentations
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and maintain pricing data integrity in internal systems Contribute to price increase processes
• Find, analyze, and address pricing anomalies.
• Maintain accurate net sheets and discount schedules.
• Manage the exception approval process for price deviations.
• Find root cause and drive improvements to reduce deductions, improve customer experience, and drive business profitability.
• Facilitate price floor management, analyze inconsistencies, and identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Strong analytical, problem -solving and critical thinking skills
• Preferred 2-4 years related industry experience
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
  
  

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually*.
