Pressure testing manager

Location: Doncaster (travel required)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility required)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced pressure testing manager to oversee the pressure testing and commissioning of gas and water service installations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves project management, client liaison, on-site coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver pressure testing projects to strict deadlines across the UK

• Liaise with internal teams, operatives, and clients to ensure successful project delivery

• Conduct site surveys and assist with planning and procurement

• Prepare and implement Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Tool Box Talks

• Manage on-site testing operations and team coordination

• Generate and deliver pressure test reports using data loggers

• Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pressure testing PE and Ductile Iron pipelines

• Strong understanding of hydrostatic testing to IGN 4-01-03 specification

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience within the utilities or construction sector

• Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills (Excel & Word)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with working hours

• Full UK driving licence
