Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should bring in a high level of excitement and punctuality. They will be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety & quality. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Select and run appropriate programs, pull tooling, and set up the brake.
  • Measure parts using calipers and profile gauges to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete in-process inspection reports to maintain quality standards.
  • Handle materials, including stainless steel.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the press brake.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to set up, form, and inspect parts.
  • Work with tight tolerances to meet product specifications.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the use of calipers and profile gauges for precision measurement.
  • Ability to perform machine setups and follow technical instructions.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances.
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding technical drawings.
  • Experience with Trumpf Tru Tops Boost or similar programming software.
  • Previous experience working with stainless steel and other metals.
