SFGCDC is an accessible, child-centered program that seeks to provide high-quality, innovative programming to children and families in the Oakland and Hayward communities since 1972.

We are seeking a Preschool Site Supervisor to join our team. You will perform activities under the supervision of the Executive Program Director the following:

• Develop productive teaching relations with parents and staff members.
• Prepare for advancement in the program
  
  

MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS Degree in Social Welfare, Social Science, or Human Development from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years experience in a Child Development program (Toddler & Preschool age)
• Possess a child development site supervisor permit
• Must be mature, with the ability to understand and accept the individual differences in children and in all persons he/she will be working with
• Must pass a physical and obtain clearance for a health check
• Must pass a background check
• Possesses personal characteristics for the position including integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, and enthusiasm
