We are seeking a Presales IoT Solution Architect to drive the design, positioning, and implementation of IoT solutions that empower smart and safe city initiatives across the UAE.

Job Purpose:

This role is pivotal in driving innovation, customer engagement, and digital transformation through IoT and smart city solutions. You’ll play a leading role in solution design, customer collaboration, and business enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution sales to identify client needs and deliver tailored IoT, Smart Building, and ELV solutions
• Architect advanced IoT solutions integrating devices, legacy systems, and cloud-based platforms for smart city applications
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, market-ready IoT propositions
• Engage OEMs for pricing and technical inputs across IoT applications (e.g., NB-IoT sensors for smart metering, lighting, parking, and environmental monitoring)
• Assist project management with budgeting and costing for seamless service delivery
• Create detailed technical and commercial proposals aligned with client RFPs
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver compelling customer presentations and win business through well-structured proposals and business cases

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Desired: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

Required: 5–7 years of experience in IoT solution design and presales

Desired: Experience in Smart Cities, Smart Buildings, and ELV solutions
