We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Apple, Google chromeOS, Windows and MDM Experience Solution Engineer (Presales) to join our team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in shaping User-centric digital workplace solutions for customers, demonstrating the value of Security and technologies in enhancing productivity, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with enterprise customers in pre-sales discussions to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Present tailored solutions on Management and Deployment, Security for Compute device (Apple, Windows and Google chromeOS).
• Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Partner closely with the sales team to support the full sales cycle—from discovery to proposal.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and architect deployments.
• Stay updated on Apple’s and Jamf’s product developments, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical validations in customer environments.
• Be a technical advisor for customers in SMB, Start-up and enterprise sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering roles.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro, intunes, Ominsa, and macOS/iOS device management.
• Strong understanding of security, device Management and Zero Touch Deployment.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, zsh) and automation on macOS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Certifications preferred.
• Experience in compliance knowledge is a bonus.
