Job Description: Presales Architect - AIOPS/Automation

Experience: 5+ Years

Work location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Greater Noida (Preference: Bengaluru)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Consultant :

• Observability architect – Define and Design Enterprise Tools Architecture for customer
• Conduct discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and pain points.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for IT tool implementation and usage
• Design and present AIOps observability solutions that address these needs.
• Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Experience in assessment of customer enterprise tools - Design IT tool architectures that support business processes and technical environments.

Solution Design and Architecture for AIOps and Automation :

• Involve in qualification of opportunities (RFP’s, RFI’s & Proactive pursuits), solution design, project and support estimates, customer presentations, building relevant demos and proof of concepts
• Work closely with the sales, bid teams & other domain SME’s to create contextual responses with a key focus on automation strategy & other transformational levers.
• Driving proactive conversations with customers to understand their IT (Apps) issues & recommending solutions specifically in the automation space (Focused themes: RPA, AI & ML, DevOps, ChatOps, Analytics etc.)
• Co-create, enable, and support Go To Market initiatives that can drive better growth of Practice
• Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs. , Ensure all technical components of proposals are accurate and align with client requirements

Responsible to drive Sizing and Pricing :

• Pricing and Sizing solutions ( Efforts build , License strategy)
• Drive revenue target on conversion of solution into orders

Desired skills and experience

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with a wide range of IT tools, including monitoring, automation, and collaboration tools.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of hands on delivery experience in ERP / COTS application development, support & administration activities

Experience in Automation / Tools assessment, consulting and advisory roles as need (specifically in the Application Managed Services Area)

Work experience for 5 years in solutioning automation tools & technology products like Application Performance Management tools (Dynatrace, AppD, Splunk, NewRelic, DataDog etc.) RPA, Chat Bots, Orchestrators,is a must

Good Understanding of the Overall Automation Technologies used in IT Landscape especially in Application development, testing & maintenance Domain. Knowledge about the tools used for application monitoring & automation will be important.

Certification:

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS / Azure / Google Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL).

Level 1 certification on one of the AIOps tools - Dynatrace, AppD, Splunk, NewRelic, DataDog etc

Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies.

Knowledge of advanced automation and orchestration technique
