Job Title: Ink Technician

Base Salary: $49,920 to $60,320 + Relocation Assistance + Full Benefits (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ink Technician to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality blended inks, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining production schedules using the Ink Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate within Ink Management System to produce blended inks that meet customer specifications.

Perform color matching and ink formulation to ensure quality and consistency.

Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment.

Maintain accurate records of color matches, ink adjustments, and inventory levels.

Ensure a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Inspect returned ink for quality and recycling possibilities.

Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (Coursework in Chemistry or Industrial Manufacturing is a plus).

1-2 years of experience in ink formulation, blending, or manufacturing.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
