Their expertise lies in providing top-notch general contracting and construction services, and they need a self-starter with strong leadership skills to help them manage and estimate our projects effectively. Candidates must be proficient in reading drawings and blueprints.

Estimator Role Overview

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in their pre-construction planning by managing estimates, take-offs, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities For Estimator

• Assist in preconstruction functions, including estimating and preparing proposals.
• Solicit subcontractors to ensure comprehensive coverage of projects.
• Analyze project scopes for consistency among subcontractor proposals.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and participate in pre-bid meetings/site visits.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare estimates and scopes of work.
  
  

Qualifications For Estimator

• At least 2-5 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction project planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Procore, BlueBeam, and ProEst software is preferred.
