Your Role as a Precision CNC Operator
Step into a position where precision crafts dynamic components. As a Precision CNC Operator, you'll be instrumental in setting up and running a CNC Lathe, ensuring every piece matches the high standards dictated by our technical prints and customer needs.
Responsibilities at a Glance
- Gather and interpret work order details, utilizing blueprints and setup instructions from Epicor for seamless workflow.
- Program the CNC Lathe, fine-tuning settings to meet exacting standards and potentially amending programs for clarity and accuracy.
- Prepare materials for production by stocking bar feeders or adjusting part sizes through cutting methods.
- Conduct Lathe operations with precision, overseeing changeovers and part finishing tasks like deburring.
- Verify part quality using essential tools and adjust offsets to meet tolerance levels.
- Maintain detailed records of production in Epicor and perform organizational tasks like PMS and 5S.

Qualifications Needed
- Two years of hands-on experience in CNC operations or equivalent academic experience.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Navigation through CNC controls and G Code proficiency is imperative.
Work Schedule
2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, working Monday to Thursday.
Compensation Package
Hourly rates between $22 and $29, tailored to your experience level.
