About The Role

As an Pre Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching products from the Symphony brand, and contributing to sales growth by meeting set targets.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls, introducing Symphony brand products, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Symphony's product offerings and hospitality-related items to effectively communicate benefits to clients. (Training will be provided.)
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving issues.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Sales Collateral: Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and research skills to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
