Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager / Solution Architect with a strong background in AWS Solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales activities, engaging with clients to understand their business needs, and crafting tailored AWS solutions. This position is based in Gurgaon / Delhi, India, and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Design innovative and scalable AWS solutions that address client needs.
  • Create and present comprehensive solution proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the proposed solutions.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective pre-sales strategies.

Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process to address client inquiries and concerns.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AWS best practices.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaboration And Knowledge Sharing

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team through training sessions and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles, with a focus on AWS solutions.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience in designing and implementing AWS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales activities and contributing to business growth.
