자격 요건

• 기계공학, 산업 디자인 등 관련 전공 학사 (신입 지원 가능)
• 3D CAD/모델링 소프트웨어 사용 경험 (SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, Rhino 등)
• 발표 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 (파트너 및 고객 대상 프리젠테이션 가능)
• 한국어 능통, 영어 가능자 우대

Job Title: Pre-Sales and Applications Engineer

Reports to: GM, Korea

Location: Seoul, Korea

Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Pre-/Post Sales Support:

• Provide advanced application technical support to increase and maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.

• Accelerate sales cycles, increase win:loss ratios, increase ASPs by delivering professional & impactful technical

support.

• Develop reseller self-sufficiency, competency, and confidence by product training, 1:1 mentorship, support, and

guidance.

• Deliver comprehensive and relevant demonstrations onsite at reseller and prospective/existing customer sites.

• Produce highest quality parts in the fastest possible times for Sales/Marketing and Partners per application

requirements.

• Conduct initial and on-going training of reseller partners and strategic customers.

Application Regional Support:

• Accelerate in increase our market penetration and customer success in key vertical market(s) and strategic customers.

• Co-execute market penetration with the direct sales team and indirect reseller network.

• Work with marketing and sub-regions to maintain support all Stratasys 3D printing technologies, materials, and

applications.

• Deliver training to ensure consistency and enhance ability for sub-regional & regional teams to optimize part quality.

• Provide critical support to the Marketing team for Trade Shows, and samples.

• Aid in regional beta testing of new hardware and software products.

Applications Deployment (Applications Training):

• Train regional teams on advanced applications such as injection molding, RTV molding, vacuum forming, etc….

• Provide periodic technical updates to best practices, processes

• Aid in the production and distribution of sample kits for the network of Stratasys partners in the region

• Drive application deployment (training) via effective and efficient conduits

Product Launch:

• Monitor launch progress against timelines, risks, budget, and quality

• Participate in product launch and marketing forums as required

Job Description

Requirements: Education, Skills, & Experience:

•A bachelor’s degree in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

•Skilled and comfortable presenter in small, medium, and large audience environments

•Experience with 3D CAD/3D Modeling software such as SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, Rhino, Blender, or similar.

•Korean native, English is a plus

•A quick/fast leaner, willing to learn in 3D printing industry

•Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to work well with others

•Good communication skills
