Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to pre-primary curriculum.
- Facilitate a safe and dynamic classroom environment to enhance learning experiences.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and development effectively.
- Encourage creativity and expression through art, music, and movement.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and classroom activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs to improve teaching practices.
- Administer assessments to gauge children's learning and developmental milestones.
- Organize and facilitate extra-curricular activities promoting holistic child development.
- Implement behavioral management strategies to promote positive behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and assessments.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Promote an inclusive classroom environment catering to diverse learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid teaching certification for pre-primary education.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Experience teaching young children is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
